How It Works
About Mobile Bar Trailer
Marquee Events offers full-service mobile bar operations tailored to your event. Because we hold a British Columbia Catering Primary Liquor License, we can source and serve alcohol directly for your occasion (catering service required when alcohol is supplied by Marquee Events). Alternatively, we can provide dry-hire bar services where you supply the alcohol, working alongside you to curate a menu that fits your budget.
Booking & Operations

Service Area: Based in Radium, BC, serving the greater Columbia Valley.

Operating Season: Mid-April through mid-October.

Advance Booking: We recommend reserving 12 months prior to your event date.

Deposit: A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date (applied toward your final invoice).

Travel Fee: $1.75 per kilometer.
Packages & Inclusions

Average Investment: ~$2,000 (excluding alcohol) for a 6-to-8-hour event.

Inclusions: 1–2 Smart Serve certified bartenders, ice, garnishes, disposable cups, straws, and bar napkins.

Glassware: We supply high-quality disposable drinkware. For premium glass rentals, we partner locally with Far Out Gear Rentals (rentfarout.com).
Bar Setup & Capabilities

Draft System: 4-tap setup tailored to your choice of beer or cider.

Full Bar Experience: Standard well spirits, premium liquors, and handcrafted cocktails.

Placement: The trailer can park on almost any private property with dry, flat ground.
