Bar Trailer FAQ
What area do you cover?
We are based in Radium Hot Springs, BC and serve the Columbia Valley.
Do you operate year round?
No, our bar trailer is seasonal. We operate mid April to mid October.
Is there a deposit required?
To secure your date, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500. This amount will be deducted from your final bill.
What drinks can we serve?
From the tap we can serve 4 beers of your choice. We also provide full bar rail, with premium cocktails and liquors for your ultimate bar experience!
What is the typical package price and what does it include?
On average, our Bar Trailer service is approximately $2,000 (excluding alcohol) for a full six to eight hour event. The bar comes with one or two certified bartenders, disposable cups, ice, garnish, straws, and bar napkins. We offer a range of packages, please contact us for exact estimates!
Do you have glassware?
At this time, we do not supply glassware. There is a company in Radium we partner with for events called Far Out Gear Rentals that will be happy to provide you with all your glassware.
Do you provide the alcohol?
Due to the current liquor license in BC, you are required to purchase your own alcohol along with your liquor license. However, we would gladly consult with you and help create a custom menu, shopping list, etc.
How far in advance should we book the mobile bar?
We are booking 6 months in advance. To avoid disappointment, reach out early to secure your date.
Where can your mobile bar be parked?
We can park the trailer on any privately owned property, almost anywhere! Dry, flat land is essential. The bar is 16 ft in length and 8 ft wide.
Do you charge mileage?
Yes, we charge $1.75 per kilometre.
